guam update

it's been awhile but i wanted to give a little visual update of my move to guam, so far pretty interesting. i've been very busy with work but i hope to get going on some new paintings soon, now that my studio is set up. until then here are some photos of guam i've taken so far.

my wife gets here tommorrow, its been 9 months only seeing each other about a week and a half of that time, this is it we will be back together.

baltimore bicycle works

i am lucky enough to be given the chance to shoot a photo pictorial this week at the best bike shop in baltimore, should be an interesting experience, hopefully i will be able to capture the vibe and feeling of the shop. i will post up some photos as soon as i can get them cleared.

here are a couple photos that i took during two days of combat camera training, i think they came out pretty decent.

national gallery

here are a few photographs i took while in d.c. this past weekend, there just some basic architecture shots within the gallery space. it was an interesting experience going to the contemporary wing of the gallery. It was an introduction to alot of iconic abstract expressionists and pop art works that i had never seen in person, it left me a bit underwhelmed by alot of what i saw and it further cemented for me how much of those era's were driven by collectors and critics.
